The build towards the winter E-racing season has begun and we are here to help you prepare with this fantastic 12-week series of progressive live coached high intensity workouts. Week 1: V02 & AC off Sweetspot In this first session we start with the basic dynamics of an E-race with some anaerobic escalations off a sub-threshold effort. Most races can be characterised as lots of supra-threshold and anaerobic bursts to catch back onto wheels, punch up short climbs or make a break for it. Efforts such as those in this session are key preparation for that chaos!
