Week 3: Threshold & Vo2 Mash Up This week is a pure conditioning set, focused on lifting your FTP. Whilst in this series we will be doing a lot of anaerobic work to help improve your capacity there, it’s important we also build your general ‘strength’. In this context, lifting your FTP means lifting your aerobic threshold, so you can produce more power before you even need to go anaerobic. A cracking set this one! RGT link:
