The build towards the winter E-racing season has begun and we are here to help you prepare with this fantastic 12-week series of progressive live coached high intensity workouts. Week 2: Sweetspot with V02 kicks E-racing is all about being able to recover and go again after sustained and repeated high intensity efforts. In this session we begin to train our bodies to deal with that with a high baseline Sweetspot level broken up with short Vo2max bursts before returning back down to Sweetspot. The idea is, you are not only developing your ‘kick’ but also your ability to recover on the move at a sub-optimal recovery level. RGT link:
