WEEK 10 – The Finale It’s the final week of this tough To The Limit series and we’re going big with a dynamic 77TSS reflective of the type and duration of efforts experienced in racing. So after the normal warm-up, fast-pedalling efforts and a steady state Sweetspot interval, we get right into it. This is definitely an ERG mode session with intervals changing rapidly, you’ll need to stay on your toes and keep your cadence high throughout.
