In this challenging structured workout series, every session is a quest to discover more about you as a rider, what your strengths are and where you might want to focus your training as a result. This week is our final week of the Discovery Series! FTP Time Trials: This session is what we call an ’end of range’ session. The idea is to push you to your limit and not necessarily see you complete the intervals perfectly. Your FTP should be the power you can hold for a full hour. So if you are unable to hold both 15min intervals, it indicates that more endurance training is probably required.
