In this series we’re focusing on key exercises that you will no doubt have tried yourself but perhaps have never been taught the finer details of good form and mechanics. So far we have covered squats, lunges, key chest exercises, key back exercises and this week, we’re focusing on core conditioning. Having a well conditioned core is essential for any endurance athlete. Your core is everything save for your limbs, so essentially the entire central pillar of your body. If that central pillar is weak, it reduces your capability to produce power and speed from the limbs.
