This is an exercise demo for how to do a standard two-handed Kettlebell Swing. Tips: - Explode through the hips - Squeeze glutes at the top - Kettlebell should come up to about shoulder height - Use your arms to guide/stabilize the bell, not pull it up - Contract your core on the way down - Hip hinge as the bell comes in-between your legs, don’t squat. There should be minimal knee flexion.
