This is a great short qigong exercise sequence for the whole body! You can use it as a warming and limbering up before your Qigong, Taiji or Shaolin practice. Or use it as a stand alone practice in the mornings. Guaranteed it will make you feel more supple in no time (and put a smile to your face). My personal preference is to do some lying down exercises first before the standing ones and a soft but very effective neck exercise from a sitting position. The order of movements is designed to open up all the joints, starting with the fingers, elbows, shoulders, ankles, knees and hips. Also the spine bends in all directions and become supple. Blood and qi can circulate freely. Please note that you can adapt the movements to the way your body feels at the moment, leave out or add movements to your own liking.
