So this is my step 5 of the pistol squat progression. Here you want to grab your biceps just like in step 4 the difference is you want to lower lower down as much as possible and get a full squat. Go slow and use it as a nice warm up even if you can do a full one legged squat. Plus i find its always great to go back to basics and this exercise is great basics.
