Here you are guys! Step two of the pistol or one legged squat . As i mention in the video take your time with this one because it makes for a great warm up no matter where your leg strength is . So even if say you can rock out 100 pistol squats...... this exercise here still makes for a beautiful warm up. It feels great on the legs, especially if you do it slow. I do a similar exercise in my yoga classes but without the bench as i feel their isn't enough leg work in some yoga styles i added it in to my way
