Here's a dynamic mobility exercise that pretty much targets every muscle. Lunging forward into an Anterior Chain stretch for our quads, hip flexors, abdominals, chest and front delts - and pushing back into a seated forward fold, stretching our posterior chain from our feet up our calves, hamstrings, glutes, spinal erectors, lats, traps and neck. A peak efficiency exercise that adds a bit of core strength and control for good measure.
