☝️Really awesome stretch right here! Stretches both the front side of the leg/hip and the backside of the leg! Also, works stability and balance🙌 - Here’s how to perform the HAMSTRING/QUAD STRETCH! - 1️⃣Bend a leg and grab that foot with the opposite hand. 2️⃣Pull on the leg. This stretches the quads. 3️⃣Maintain your balance and push the hip slightly back and lean forward. 👉Try and keep the back as straight as possible. 4️⃣Hinge forward until you feel a stretch in the hamstring. - ☝️Like and comment and let me know if you’re going to try this!
