Pace: 16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,20. I’ve realized that I’ve never done 10min Jerk set with 30kg kettlebells. Was always never enough time to give it a shot. I think that was a big miss. That’s important to have experience of 10min with each kettlebell weight from 16kg up to your competition weight. I’m heading towards competition in 10min BT 2 x 32kg in three weeks.
