Supported Viparita Dandasana using our own original design Chair and Benger exclusive to @iyogaprops. Start with blocks and/or shoulder stand cushion for feet support (as needed for your height). Place the Benger on using the hooks and pull it up to sit the feet of the Benger on a block. Sit on the chair and slide yourself forwards before laying back. Position yourself so the bottom of your shoulder blade is touching the seat part of the chair. If you feel any discomfort in your lower back, slide up the chair towards your feet to get more of your shoulder blade on the chair. If you require a deeper pose remove the block from under the Benger. To exit the pose push yourself up from the lower legs on the chair.
