- I’ve seen the kneeling rockback Lat stretch with a PVC pipe in hands plenty of times, so I figured I would put a twist on it by using the kettlebells to facilitate the shoulder external rotation. By offsetting the KB so the weight is outside the forearms, it will facilitate the shoulder ER and load the range eccentrically, albeit, it’s not much ROM. I don’t think this is the most “practical” or “functional” loading strategy, but maybe some people think it is. I’d love to get some feedback and see if you would or currently use this or have no desire whatsoever.
