Chili chana Ingredients quantity Boiled chickpeas 1 cup Refined flour 3 tbsp Corn starch 2tbsp 1tbsp Oil for frying 1tbsp Green chilies chopped 4-5 no. Water as required Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Onion cubes 1 no. Capsicum cubes 1 no. Green chilies slit 4-5no. Red chili sauce 3 tbsp Soya sauce 1 tsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Black salt ½ tsp Salt to taste Spring onion 1 tbsp for garnish Method Soak and boil the Kabuli chana. In bowl add refined flour, corn starch and Kabuli chana, mix it well. Strain the chana to remove access flour from it. Fry the coated chana in hot oil till brown and crispy. Double fry it for crispiness. Mean while chop green chilies and make slurry of cornstarch and water.
