Hence, Quinoa Spinach Kebab can be your go-to recipe. #palakkebab #vegan #recipe #easyrecipe #healthyrecipes #youtube #chefharpalsingh Ingredients Quantity Spinach 1 bunch Oil 1 tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Green chilli chopped 2 Carrot chopped 1 Salt to taste Quinoa soaked 1 ½ cup Red chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Amchur powder 1 ½ tsp Roasted chana dal powder 1 ½ tbsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Coriander chopped 2-3 tbsp Capsicum chopped ½ Onion chopped 1 Potato boiled 1 Method Roughly chop spinach and keep aside. Heat oil in Borosil’s Non-stick Kadhai. Add ginger, Green chilli, carrot and saute for 2 mins Add salt, spinach and saute till spinach moisture evaporates. Add soaked quinoa, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, chana dal powder and mix well. Remove the mixture in a bowl Add chaat masala, coriander, onion , capsicum , potato and mix well. Heat borosil non-stick tawa and prepare to make the kebabs Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs Place the kebabs on the tawa and grill well on both the sides. After the kebabs are grilled well add 1 tsp oil for glaze. Remove the kebab on the platter and serve with green chutney and salad on the side.
