Ingredients (makes 2 rotis) 1/2 cup jowar atta/sorghum flour a fistful of fresh palak/spinach leaves 2 tbsp grated carrot 1 tbsp chopped hara dhania/cilantro 1 small onion chopped small 1 chopped green chilli 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 cup/or as needed, hot water, to make the dough dry jowar flour, as needed for dusting the roti coconut oil bull-driven/any unrefined oil as needed
