Palak Methi Gosht Preparation time : 15 mins Cooking time: 45-50 mins Serving :4 pax Ingredients quantity Oil 4 tbsp Bayleaf 2 nos Black cardamom 2 nos Cinnamon stick 2 nos Cloves 4-6 nos Cumin seeds 1 tsp Black pepper crushed ½ tsp Onion 2 nos Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp Mutton 500 gm Salt to taste Tomatoes 2 nos Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 3 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Water as required Fenugreek leaves 1 bunch Spinach 1 bunch Curd ½ cup Ginger julienne 1 inch for garnish Green chilli slit 3-4 nos Lemon ½ nos Ghee 2 tbsp Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Method : 1. Heat a kadhai , add oil , bayleaf, black cardamom, cinnamon stick , cloves , cumin seed , crushed black pepper , allow it to splutter. 2. Now add onions and sauté it on low flame until golden brown. 3. Now add ginger garlic paste ,and sauté it well for about 2-3 mins. 4. Now add mutton and mix it well for 2-3 mins
