Methi palak pakode Serving –4 nos Preparation time – 10 mins Cooking time – 15 mins Ingredients quantity Spinach - 1 bunch Fenugreek leaves - 1 bunch Coriander seed - 1 tbsp Carom seed - 1 tbsp White seasame seed - 1 tbsp Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp Green chilli chopped - 1 tbsp Salt to taste Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp a pinch Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Dry mango powder - 2 tsp Garam masala - ½ tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp LG Hing a pinch Onion - 2 nos Besan - 1 ½ cup Water as required Oil for frying Chat masala a pinch Method : 1. In a bowl , add crushed spinach , fenugreek leaves ,coriander seed , carom seed , white seasame seed , ginger , green chilli , salt , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , dry mango powder , garam masala , coriander powder , LG Hing , onion . 2. Now crush the mixture until it becomes moist and it leaves a bit of moisture . 3. Once the mixture is mixed well , add besan mix it again until it reaches pakoda consistency . 4.
