Today I have kind of a relaxing freestyle warm-up video for you. This is exactly what I would do before starting the ballet barre or even like a cardio or HIIT workout. I made it in a follow-along format so that you could, again, warm up with me if you want! In terms of the equipment you might want to have - I’m using a hard massage ball and massage duoball and if you don’t have any of these you can use tennis or ping-pong balls and to make a duoball just put two tennis balls in a sock and tie them together! Also for the oversplits - just use a chair or a bed or just literally anything you find suitable for the purpose. Anyway guys, let me know you thoughts! And have an awesome day!!
