Bodyweight 92kg General training direction is towards a 1 minute jerks test with 2x40kg bells, so I've been working with the 24s, 32s, 40s and 48s to focus on the different energy systems, technique and power/strength. So far so good. Also conditioning snatch sets with the 28kg bell for that 1 minute time frame.
