In this 40 Min ENERGY-INTENSIVE Full Body Kettlebell Workout | Controlled & Explosive | Major muscles | No Jump, We will be working with double-sets: two similar exercises, the first exercise will last for 45 seconds and should be performed with controlled form. The second exercise will last for 40 seconds and will be more explosive or faster-paced, with 20 seconds of rest in between. In total, we will be completing 10 double sets for 2x rounds (20 exercises).
