my husband asked if I could do a gingery sesame noodle dish that was a bit more on the vinaigrette side. I didn’t know what he meant but I think this did the job. Tahini also made it extra sesameeeish. Which I love. Maybe I’d scale back on the vinegar (like in the recipe below) but hey, this did the job and noodles never disappoint. @thenathanlewis, what do you rate this? 🍜😋 8 oz noodles, uncooked 1 tbsp ginger, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 shallot, minced 2 stalks green onions, chopped Sesame Soy Sauce 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon tahini 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon honey oil In a mixing cup, add all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. In a medium pan, add oil and let it get shimmering hot. Fry the ginger, garlic, and shallots together until it turns golden brown and is aromatic. Add the green onions and stir fry until softened. Add the Sesame soy sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add your cooked noodles and stir to coat. Mix and enjoy!
