[case report] This presentation features the treatment of unilateral posterior crossbite. The key to this case is mechanics design. First, apply buccal shelf screw, power chains and cross-elastics to upright the lingually inclined tooth. Second, add bite turbo made by GIC to the opposing side to open up the bite. Third, let the occlusion to settle in time. 本篇報告介紹了一個單側後牙錯咬的治療案例。本篇的治療要點在於正確的力學設計。首先， 利用buccal shelf screw，power chains和cross-elastics把向舌側傾斜的後牙扶正。2. 在對側後牙區加上bite turbo來把咬合打開。3.讓咬合自然放鬆對咬。
