Here we are working on the “Spider“ Push-up exercise in more detail. See first video on Spider Push-ups here: We are working the tendons in the elbows, wrists, shoulders and connecting to the spine and the ribcage. Trying to connect the bone structure of the arms to the spine and do the push-up from the tendons and the structure. This is what I call Dynamic Tendon Isometrics which I will be explaining properly in a video soon. This way of doing the push-up is a good introduction to this very efficient way of using the body and is particularly good for martial artists to develop strength and mobility together. Disclaimer: Body Efficiency Training is my own personal practice. Always go slowly and carefully and there should not be any pain. You are following along at your own risk so always listen to your own body and feelings. This is more about body awareness than pushing yourself too hard to progress!
