Do Subscribe to CookingShooking - Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Rolls: Capsicum, Onion, Tomato - 1 each Paneer - 200g Besan & Oil - 1 tbsp each Ginger - 1/2 inch Garlic - 4 cloves Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, Jeera Powder, Black Salt, Kasoori methi - 1/2 tsp Chat Masala - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Water - 1/3 cup Frozen Puff Parathas - 5 Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp each for 5 rolls Fresh Green Chutney - 1 tsp each for 5 rolls Chopped Coriander & Onions Slit Green Chillies & Lemon Juice Kitchen Products I use: Measuring Cup & Spoon Set - Kitchen Weight Scale - Instant Yeast - (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years) Instant Yeast - (small pack)
