📝Ingredients: ✅Dough: 125 ml water 125 ml milk 110 gr butter 150 gr flour 4-5 pcs(200 gr) eggs 1 tsp sugar a pinch of salt ✅Pastry Cream: 400 ml milk 120 gr sugar 2 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla powder ✅Chocolate Ganache: 50 gr dark chocolate 1 tbsp sunflower oil ✅Filling: Pastry Cream 200 gr cream cheese 100 gr heavy cream 2 tbsp icing sugar ✅Make choux pastry: 1. Combine water, butter, sugar, and salt in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, stirring until butter melts completely. Reduce heat to low; add flour. Stir vigorously until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and begins to form a stiff ball. Remove from heat. 2. Transfer the dough to the mixer bowl and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until incorporated. Using a spoon or pastry bag pipe dough onto the prepared cookie sheet. 3.
