Palak moong dal gujiya Serving - 4 Preparation time - 15 mins Cooking Time – 30 mins Ingredients quantity Ghee 1 tbsp 1 tbsp Spinach 1 bunch Cumin 1 tsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Green chilli 3-4 nos Onion chopped 1 nos Moong dal soaked 3-4 tbsp Salt to taste Coriander powder 1 tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Dry mango powder 1 ½ tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Black pepper crushed ½ tsp Refined flour 1 ½ cup Jowar flour ¼ cup Ragi flour ¼ cup Carom seed 1 tsp Water as required Method : 1.
