This is a method of doing Triangle Pose for scoliosis to decrease the lateral curve and de-rotate the convexity or hump in the back either in the thoracic or lumbar area of the spine. Also, if the hamstrings are tight this method helps a student to learn to fold from the hips sideways rather than rounding from the waist.
