Dead puppies and kittens in crates reveal dark side of China's mystery box craze

It's all the rage in China. Many businesses are cashing in on the “mystery box“ craze, where consumers make an order and get a surprise when they open the package. No item is spared -- with live pets are packaged and sent. A blind box customer often doesn't know whether they will be receiving a turtle, puppy or a kitten -- and in many cases dead or barely alive.
