#MalaiPepperSoyaChap is a popular dish from north India, now make this tasty and delicious dhaba-style soya chaap cooked in a rich, creamy, and easy-to-make malai curry! A vegetarian's delight! Malai Pepper Soya Chap Ingredient Quantity Cheese grated ½ Cup Corn flour 1 Tsp Green cardamom powder ½ Tsp Black pepper crushed 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 Tsp Fresh cream ¼ cup Chat masala ½ Tsp Salt to taste. Green chilli chopped 1 Tsp Mint leaves chopped 1 Tsp Oil 1 Tbsp for drizzle For Gravy: Onion slice 2 No. Cashew nut 15-18 No. Water as required Butter 2-3 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp Ginger julienne ½ inch Green chilli slit 3 No. Green cardamom powder ½ Tsp Black pepper crushed 1 Tsp Kasoori Methi 1 Tsp Mint leaves chopped 1 Tbsp Water ¼ cup Fresh cream ½ cup Salt to taste Method: 1. Take grated cheese in parat and mash well. 2. Add corn flour, green cardamom powder, black pepper crushed and ginger garlic paste and mix well. 3. Add fresh cream and mix well. 4. Add salt and chat masala and mix well. 5. Add chopped green chillies, mint leaves and soya chap and mix well and keep it aside for 15-20 min. 6. Take baking tray apply some oil on it, Place the marinated soya chap on baking tray, drizzle some oil on top and bake for 220 c for 18-20 min. 7. After 18-20 min. remove the soya chap from the oven and keep it aside. For Gravy: 1. Take pan, add slice onion, cashew nut and water, mix well and bring to boil. 2. Take blander jar, add onion cashew nut mixture throw the water and add fresh water and grind to smooth paste. 3. Heat butter in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 4. Add prepared paste, mix well and cook for 12-15 min. 5. Add ginger julienne and green chilli slit, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 6. Add green cardamom powder, black pepper crush, kasoori methi and mint leaves chopped, mix well and sauté for 1 min. 7. Add water, mix well and sauté for 2 min. 8. Add cream, mix well and sauté for 1 min. 9. Add salt and mix well. 10. Cut soya chap into half and add to the gravy and mix well. 11. Remove in serving bowl, sprinkle some black pepper crush, kasoori methi on top, garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.
