Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada shows you here how to make a basic Tuna Tartar. The ingredients are: -Fresh Tuna -Hass Avocado -Quail Egg -Wasabi Tobiko Micro Greens -Orchid Flower Leaf -Ponzu Sauce If you choose to make the tuna spicy, you add Sriracha to the fresh tuna for a little kick. Also, you can find the 3“ ring online or at a local restaurant supply store, of maybe substitute this ring for a similar plastic tube.
