Woodworker meets Knife maker - Tyson at Carbon Peaks reached out to me about a year ago, he put the bug in my ear that I needed to make chaotic knife handles. This collaboration took 6 months start to finish, what a journey it has been to get here. To say his knives are stunning would be an understatement. Chaotic stabilized knife handles, blocks and pen blanks are a new but limited product for me. A lot more to come in the distant future with that. Chef knives are 7“ and 10“ hand forged San Mai Damascus with my Chaotic stabilized handles. Making these videos takes just as long if not longer then making the products.
