After resuscitation, the patient underwent upper digestive endoscopy. The scope revealed multiple gastric polyps, a small polyp in the duodenum, and esophageal varices. Band ligation was done for one of the gastric polyps and esophageal varices. In your opinion, what is the cause of this patient’s bleeding? 1- Esophageal varices. 2- Gastric polyps. What is the type of these gastric polyps? 1-hyperplastic. 2-hypertensive gastropathy 3-GAVE. 4-these are two types of polyps.
