Climbing Hangboard Workout

This is a climbing-specific workout that I try to do in under 1 hour. It focuses on grip and lock-off strength. The hangboard that I am using is called a Moon Fingerboard or Moon Board (). Personally, I prefer this hangboard to the Metolius Simulator, because the crimps are smaller and feel better on your hands. Follow me here:
