Heeeeyyy guuuyysss, hope you are all doing well ! I forgot I had this video which I filmed and edited back in January (lol) so I thought I'd post it now so then you guys still have some content ! The editing is definitely not the best so don't mind that but these are some power endurancy campus exercices (which some can actually also be done on a hangboard) that I enjoy doing throughout the year. I was thinking of also doing a video on max strength campus exercises too!
