Raffaello Cake, Only 10 Minutes Preparation, No Bake Ingredients: 1 l milk 3/4 cup sugar 2 packets of vanilla pudding (80g) 120 g butter 100 g white chocolate 200 g coconut shavings 3/4 cup heavy cream In addition: 1 packet of saltine crackers 3-4 tablespoons of coconut shavings Pour milk into a saucepan and heat. After a while add sugar, vanilla pudding and mix. Cook until the mixture boils and thickens. Add the butter and chocolate and stir until the ingredients are melted and completely combine with each other. Finally add coconut shavings and cream and mix. Pour the mixture into a bowl and beat with a mixer for a few minutes.
