Try these simple & “natural“ stretches to keep your body in balance. You'll find these movements in many of my follow-along videos. This clips is at 4x speed to highlight some of the variations of movement that I use within each position to nurture my mobility. Spend time exploring different movements in each position to find out what works best for your body. Static stretching alone has limited value. Mobility requires intention & movement!
