This 45-Minute live workout features joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching. Today's class focused more on fascial line openers and joint articulation and brachiation, also know as Hanging Monkey moves. Coach Debbie also mixed in some strength work as well. You will feel great after this class! You'll need 1 long stick (6-7ft), 1 short stick (4-5ft), a knee pad, and something to anchor the stick for this workout. This live class #135 was led by Certified Level 2 Stick Mobility Coach Debbie Gleeson and filmed live on Thursday, February 18th, 2021.
