In this video, Red Dot Fitness shows you how to do the Kettlebell Woodchop. Coaching Cues: Body Position: Feet shoulder width apart; eyes forward. Start with slight flexion in the knees and hips. Kettlebell should be set outside of one hip; chest rotated and facing the KB. Grip: Neutral grip on the horns of the KB. Movement: With the kettlebell starting on the outside of one hip; explosively extend at the hips and rotating the torso, bringing the kettlebell up and across to the opposite shoulder.
