This is a sport specific HIIT circuit on the heavy bag for striking stamina. 40 seconds work followed 20 seconds active rest for 10 repetitions. You can do it as a finisher at the end of a work out, or repeat it two or three times for a work out in itself. I like to combine it with other forms of strength conditioning for a complete solo workout.
