It is a vegetarian alternative to the traditional chicken tikka masala. #soyachaap #tikka #tikkarecipe #tikkamasalarecipe #tikkamasala #easyrecipe Ingredients Quantity Oil 1 tbsp 2 tbsp Carom seeds ¼ tsp Gram flour 1 ½ tbsp Red chilli powder 2 tsp 2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp 1 ½ tbsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp ¼ tsp Black salt ¼ tsp Salt to taste Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp 1tbsp Mustard oil 2 tbsp 1 tbsp Curd 4 tbsp 2 tbsp Garam masala 1 tsp 1 tsp Kasuri methi ½ tsp 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Bay leaf 2 no Chopped onion 1 cup Shallots of onion 1 no Big cubes tomato 1 no Big cubes capsicum 1 no Chopped tomato 2 no Cardamom powder ½ tsp Slit green chillies 2 to 3 no Ginger julienne 1 tsp for garnish Water as required Cream ½ cup Coriander sprig for garnish Method • In a pan add oil , carom seeds , gram flour and mix it well and remove it in a bowl ass red chilli powder , coriander powder , chaat masala, turmeric powder , black salt ,salt to taste, ginger garlic paste , mustard oil , curd , garam masala , kasuri methi and mix it well , remove the sticks of the soya chaap and cut it in to one by two piece and add it in to a marination bowl , marinate it well n keep it aside . • In a kadhai add oil , cumin seeds , bay leaf , chopped onions , and mix it well • Till then in a baking tray add oil and brush it properly, now add the marinated soya chaap , dice onions , dice tomatoes , and dice capsicum , and cook it at 220 degree c for 18 to 20 min. • Once the onions is golden brown add chopped tomato , salt , red chilli powder , coriander powder , garam masala , cardamom powder , turmeric powder , curd , kasuri methi , green chillies , ginger julienne , add the water in the marination bowl mix it well and add in to the mixture and mix it well now remove the cooked soya chaap from the oven and add it in to the mixture add cream and mix it well finally remove it in a serving bowl garnish it with kasuri methi , coriander sprig and ginger julienne.
