In this video I’ll guide you through an active stretching routine which will help you warm up and stretch your muscles at the same time. Rather than statically stretching the muscles and nerves we’ll work the whole body, getting blood flowing and releasing tension. Stretching wakes up your muscles, nerves and releases oxygen, relieves tension, alleviate tightness and improves balance . By loosening up muscles and tendons you’ll relieve muscle fatigue which consequently you’ll feel less tired and your brain will receive more oxygen and blood to concentrate and work during the day .
