In this class we focus on the poses and hold each one for 5 - 10 breaths. It's a great way to get deep into a pose and focus on breathing. Even though we do not move around a lot, this is a tough class. Poses include pointed dog, childs pose, downward dog, standing forward fold, mountain, chair, warrior II, extended side angle, triangle, standing wide leg forward fold, tree, eagle, locust, bridge, lying down leg stretches, happy baby, seated forward folds, butterfly.
