Russian arms manufacturers Kalashnikov Concern presented their latest prototype pistol, known as the PL-14 or ’Lebedev Pistol,’ during drills on the Albino range in Kubinka, on the outskirts of Moscow, Wednesday, as part of the International Military-Technical Forum ’Army-2015’.
