Made in a kadai (Indian wok) this dish has a medley of onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and various assorted veggies together with spices and cream for a finger-licking restaurant style gravy! Kadai Sabz Ingredients quantity Whole coriander 1tbsp 1tsp Cumin seeds 1tsp 1tsp Saunf 1tsp Whole black pepper 1tsp Whole dry red chilies 1-2no. 2-3no. Oil 4-5tbsp Onion chopped 3no. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Tomatoes chopped 3no. Salt to taste Coriander 2tbsp Red chili powder 2tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Garam masala 1tsp Green chilies chopped 1-2no.
