Coach Neil Scholes has been helping the Kenyan Olympic Track Team during their last minute Olympic preparations at Bristol, ahead of the London 2012 Games. We're able to share this video of some of the Kenyan Olympians doing their usual running warm-up drills before a training session on the track. This sort of dynamic warm-up with both mobility and plyometric drills is great for runners of all abilities, not just these elite runners!
