Join me for a 30 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT to target your arms, abs, chest and back. Today I'll be using two sets of dumbbells. One medium set (two 10 LB dumbbells) and one heavier set (two 15 LB dumbbells). If you only have one set of dumbbells at home, not to worry, just use what you have and you'll still get an amazing workout in. I'll also be using a BENCH for one of the exercises. You could also use a chair or coffee table instead. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. WARM UP and COOL DOWN are included.
