One of the best handstand drills EVER, for: -core activation and ppt -hollow body and handstand perfect alignment -shoulders active opening work -scapular stabilization in shoulders flexion (while shoulders are opened) -core and hips flexors conditioning for compression work (pike press upper phase in the video) -lower and upper back and traps strength(and shoulders)in the middle/upper phase again . If done slowlyand as clean as possible like showed in the video and with a proper form this is a “must do” killer exercise to step up your core and handstand game.??✅ Just look how muscles work, straight fire.? . Try it with a fitball, then let me know how it goes. (I did 5 x 5 sets in my pre- handstand workout)
